Consider authorizing the County Judge to enter into a contract with Heat Transfer Solutions (HTS) through the Buyboard purchasing cooperative under contract # 631-20 for the Chiller Renovation at the Justice Center at a cost not-to-exceed $3,150,000.00. Funding approved through the FY24 Capital Improvement Project budget.
