This change is for the revision of the roof penthouse on the tower for the addition of an enclosure surrounding the elevator equipment to meet code. 7

8. Consider authorizing the distribution of $1.5 million to Bell County Expo Inc. for the Arena Seating Replacement Project as allocated in the FY2024 Capital Improvement Plan.

9. Consider budget amendment to transfer $18,920 from JP Precinct 4-1, from vacancy, to JP Precinct 4-2 to cover part-time staff through September 30, 2024. (Part 1 of 2)

10. Consider budget amendment to delete one Deputy Constable position in Constable 1, create two part-time positions and fund necessary equipment to outfit said positions for the purpose of providing security to Courtrooms at 2nd street annex.

11. Consider authorizing the County Judge to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the Central Texas Council of Governments relating to the March 8-9,2024, Bell County Tire Disposal Event.
