Consent Agenda: (all items listed on the Consent Agenda are considered routine and not requiring separate discussion or vote and may be considered on a single motion; however, at the request of any Commissioner, any item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and discussed and voted on separately): a. Consider approval of minutes of the April 22, 2024, meeting of the Commissioners Court. b. Personnel/Budget Amendments c. Claims i. Accounts Payable ii. Payroll iii. Restitution iv. Juror Pay d. Consider authorizing a $21,934.00 cost increase to PO# 295233 for two 12-yard dump trucks for the Road and Bridge Department, bringing the total cost to $324,346.00 with appropriate budget amendment. This increase is due to crossing model year build cycles and the discontinuation of the 2024 legacy series model by the manufacture and replaced by the 2025 plus series model. e. Consider approval to transfer $200,000.00 from the Bingo Reserve to Expo Capital Improvement Project fund.

4.a. Consider and approve the Preliminary Plat of "The Ranch at Latitude 31 - Phase 1", being a 195.822-acre, 168 lots, 5 block Subdivision located within Bell County, Precinct 1.

4.b. Consider and approve proposed Amendments to the Bell County Subdivision Regulations.
