Consider authorizing the County Judge to enter into an agreement with Tenex Software Solutions under the Buyboard purchasing cooperative contract # 710-2 for the initial implementation of a Precinct Central poll book solution which includes hardware of the ePollbooks and one year license and support at a cost of $228,140.00 with an appropriate budget amendment for the Elections Department; and approve continuing license support and maintenance of the Precinct Central poll book solution annually beginning in 2025 at a cost of $41,200.00 each year not to exceed four years.

6. Consider approving sales quote OP-207581.1 from Sequel Data Systems, Inc under TIPS contract 210101 for fifty (50) cellular switches and security devices at a cost of $66,940.36 to support the Tenex poll book solution with an appropriate budget amendment for Technology Services; and approve continuing support and maintenance annually beginning in 2025 at a cost of $14,006.02 each year.
