11. Consider authorizing the County Judge to enter into a contract with Target Solutions through TIPS purchasing cooperative contract #23010402 in the amount of $18,959.51 for the repair/replacement of water damaged millwork and dry wall in the County Clerk's Break Room.

Consider authorizing the County Judge to enter into a contract with Daikin through the Buyboard purchasing cooperative contract # 720-23 for a 4-year Extended (5-year total) Parts and Labor Warranty on two new chillers at Loop Jail expansion at a not-to-exceed cost of $40,244.00 with associated budget amendment.
