7. Consider authorizing the County Judge to accept grant award #4541103 for the Bell County Drug Court from the Office of the Texas Governor with an award amount of $74,683.52 and a period of performance from September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2025.

8. Consider authorizing the County Judge to accept grant award #2855610 for the Bell County Veterans Treatment Court from the Office of the Texas Governor with an award amount of $67,549.12 and a period of performance from September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2025.

9. Consider authorizing the County Judge to execute Change Order # 4 to the original contract dated March 31, 2022, with Garcia Architects to perform additional civil work incorporating the City of Killeen's required adjustments for the cityscape planning to the Killeen Annex drawing set at an additional cost of $4,000.

10. Consider authorizing the County Judge to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Belton relating to a payment of $1,181,000 t Bell County from the City of Belton Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #1.

11. Closed Session: Texas Government Code Section 551.072, deliberation related to the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property relating to the 120 and 122 Penelope Street property in Belton, Texas, the deliberation of which in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person.
