Consider authorizing the County Judge to enter into a Strategic Partner Grant Agreement by and between Bell County and AMG Technology Investment Group, LLC for a sub-award from Beil County to AMG Technology Investment Group, LLC in the amount of $3,500,000.00 under the Bell County Broadband Expansion Sub-Award, with an Agreement Term of October 28, 2024, to November 1, 2026.

Consider authorizing the County Judge to accept the grant award for the FY25 Solid Waste Grant and enter into an Interlocal Agreement by and between Bell County and Central Texas Council of Governments for a tire recycling event with an award amount of $10,000.00 and a period of performance from October 28, 2024, to August 31, 2025.

7. Consider and approve a Resolution authorizing submission of the FY25 Formula Grant application for the Pretrial Services Department to the Texas Indigent Defense Commission designating the County Judge as the Authorized Official and the County Auditor as the Financial Officer for the grant.

8. Consider authorizing the County Judge to execute a Memorandum of Understanding relating to services to be provided by the Beil County Fire Marshal's Office to Bell County Emergency Services District #1.
