Consider and approve a Resolution authorizing the submission of the 2025-2026 Fund for Veterans Assistance grant application in the amount of $400,000.00 with a funding match requirement of $0.00 to the Texas Veterans Commission designating the Bell County Judge as the Authorized Official for the grant.

6. Consider authorizing amendment #1 to the existing annual contract with Smith Supply for janitorial services. Amendment #1 removes janitorial services from the Killeen HELP Center which was recently sold and adds these services/costs to the Killeen Annex building 1 where offices/personnel relocated at no additional cost.

8. Consider taking any action required or warranted relating to matter of a Resolution of votes cast to elect Directors for the Tax Appraisal District of Bell County for the year 2025 as discussed in Closed Executive Session.
